HAYDEN MUM'S SHOW GREAT SPIRIT FOR CANCER RESEARCH
JUST A BEAUTIFUL DAY
The Day began with not a Cloud in The Sky
An intake off morning breathe then a slight sigh
Our Wonderful Ladies trained for this Day
They put on their Tutus and went out to Play
The Sun beamed down oh beads of sweat
Our Ladies were strong we need not Fret
At the end of the game our Ladies were proud
They thoroughly deserved applause from the crowd
Just a BEAUTIFUL DAY with passion you could feel
Oh how they contributed to The Breast Cancer Appeal.

Hayden mum's came together on this beautiful day ready to have a great game of football in support for Cancer research.
With a couple of late comers Mandy Munday and Ashley Richards we showed that we were not going to be push overs. We knew it was going to be hard going 4x 15minute games and on such a hot day, but with plenty of Pimms in side us we went out on the pitch and showed that all us HAYDEN MUM'S were going to give it our all. Most of the team were made up of the Hayden Harriers but with Mandy and Ashley on board we played till we dropped. Phoenix ladies gave it their all and it was for a great cause, I for one would like to do this again next season and maybe support another great cause. Please see below some pictures of the day and also take a look at the photos from the HAYDEN DAD'S match, I am just so glad that us mum's did'nt get as competitive as the dads, we knew the dad's match would all end in tears........

Last season was a great one, with new teams setting up with Hayden and our Hayden Summer Tournament which was once again a great success.
The Success of our Tournaments are down to all the help we receive from our dedicated commitee members/managers/coaches and parents who give their time and effort to make our tournaments one of the best in our region.
All our teams worked very hard and did really well, we had some great results with U11's Hayden Youth Pumas and Hawks, both reaching the Quarter Finals along with U13's Hayden Youth Yellow B.
Our new teams did really well including Hayden Harriers U9'S who had only been together for 5 weeks, but managed to get into the semi finals.
Hayden Youth U12'S Girls also got through to the semi finals along with U12'S Hayden Youth Black.
We had two teams in the Finals which were U10'S Hayden Youth White and U12'S Hayden youth Yellow. WELL DONE....!

Hayden Harriers U9's
Hayden Vets at the Milton & Fulston United Fc Summer Tournament- This summer Hayden decided to enter the Milton and Fulston tournament with a team that was scrapped together at the last minute.
This team had never played together before but managed to get through 6 games (5 of wich were wins) and went through into the final.
In the final they played the host team and previous winners, the match ended 1-1 after extra time and our vets won on sudden death penalties.
